Welcome to The Obsessed Studio ("we," "us," "our"), based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

The Obsessed Studio sells die-cast model cars, Hot Wheels, collectibles, framed displays, posters, stickers, and custom-made products.

2. Products

  • We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different because of screen settings and lighting.
  • Sizes, scales, and features are described as best we can. Handmade and framed items may vary slightly from one piece to the next.
  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and offer a refund or an alternative.
  • Model cars and collectibles are display items for collectors. Small parts and working lights are not suitable for children under 14 without adult supervision.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We don't store your card or UPI details.
  • If we make a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

  • Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send a confirmation.
  • We may cancel any order because of stock problems, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and we will refund any payment made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India.
  • Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days from the order confirmation date, depending on your location and the courier.
  • Custom orders (custom frames, posters, and so on) take [X-X] business days to make before shipping. We'll confirm the timeline when you place the order.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses are outside our control.
  • Please give a complete and correct address and phone number. We aren't responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong details. Re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • Tracking details will be shared by WhatsApp, SMS, or email once your order ships.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. It's required for any damage claim.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery on WhatsApp or email, with the unboxing video and photos.
  • After we verify the claim, we'll offer a replacement or a refund.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Ready-made products (unopened, unused, in original packaging): return requests are accepted within [7 days] of delivery. The customer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged or wrong.
  • Not returnable: custom-made products, personalised items, posters or stickers once printed to order, items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer, and sale or clearance items marked "final sale."
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5-7 business days] after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Collectible items must be returned in the same condition as received, including the box and all accessories. Items that come back damaged or changed may be refused.

8. Custom Orders

  • Custom products are made specially for you, so please check all details (car, theme, size, text, colours) before confirming.
  • We'll share a preview or confirmation where possible, and work begins only after you approve it.
  • Because they're made to order, custom items can't be cancelled or returned once production has started, except for damage in transit or a clear mistake on our side.
  • If you provide your own car or model, you are responsible for the condition and ownership of what you send. We take care of your items, but we aren't liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or loose parts.
  • Artwork requested by customers must not infringe anyone else's rights.

9. Trademarks and Intellectual Property

  • Brand names, car names, logos, and character names such as Hot Wheels, Mercedes-AMG, and Batmobile belong to their respective owners. The Obsessed Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands unless stated otherwise. We use these names only to describe products.
  • All original content on this site (text, designs, photos, graphics) belongs to The Obsessed Studio. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break or hack it, submit false information, or use it for anything illegal.

11. Privacy

We collect your name, address, phone number, email, and order details only to process orders, deliver products, and contact you about them. We don't sell your data. We may share it with couriers and payment providers as needed to complete your order. If you join our WhatsApp or email list, you can unsubscribe anytime. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Force Majeure

We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government orders, or technical failures.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
